A collective of brands, built with care.

Akari Collective LLC is the company behind a group of independent brands. We start them, run them, and give each one its own name, voice, and website. This site is where they meet.

What we do

We build small, focused businesses around everyday life: a thrift shop that gives objects a second story, a wellbeing community, and a visual storytelling studio. Each one is run as its own brand, with the collective providing the shared foundation: the company, the tooling, the standards, and the long view.

How we work

Curiosity first. Most of our brands began with the question "what else could this be?"
Care over scale. We would rather do a smaller thing well than a bigger thing carelessly.
Clarity. Akari means light. Whatever we make should leave things a little clearer than we found them.
